Responsible Management of Photovoltaic Panel Waste for a Sustainable Future
The Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) “PV REVIVE S.A.”, is a non-profit company and constitutes a PRO for waste photovoltaic panels throughout the Greek territory. The operation of the PRO was approved by decision no. 2387/25.06.2025 of the Hellenic Recycling Agency (HRA).
The Supervisory Authority of the Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) is the Hellenic Recycling Agency (HRA), which oversees the operation and performance of the Organization.

Modern & Sustainable Management System
To establish a modern, sustainable, and efficient system for the collection and alternative management of waste from photovoltaic panels by the obligated producers themselves, as stipulated by Law 4819/2021. The PRO ensures the possibility of participation for any interested producer who accepts and meets the terms and conditions of the PRO's operation.

Environmental Protection & Circular Economy
To develop a PRO that operates as a non-profit organization, with primary goals being the protection of the environment, the health and safety of involved stakeholders, and meaningful contribution to the achievement of national legislative goals and the transition to a Circular Economy.

Collection, Transport & Recycling
To organize an appropriate network for the collection, transport, storage, and recycling of photovoltaic panels at the end of their life cycle.

Awareness & Information
Raising awareness, providing information, and promoting the proper management of photovoltaic panels at the end of their life cycle.

Achieving Recycling Targets
To achieve the recycling targets for photovoltaic panels and to record and monitor quantitative data on collection and recycling at a national level.
